Who holds your information

The clinic named on this page is responsible for the personal information you provide here. ClinicOS, the platform the clinic uses to run its practice, processes that information on the clinic's behalf and only on its instructions.

What we collect, and what is optional

When you book an appointment we ask for your full name and mobile number — these are required, because without them the clinic cannot hold the booking or send your confirmation. If you are booking as a new patient we also ask for your email address, date of birth and sex, so the clinic can open your patient record. Your National ID or Iqama number is optional: it lets us match your booking to a medical file you already have with the clinic. If you prefer not to give it, your booking still goes ahead — the clinic may simply confirm who you are at reception instead.

Why we collect it

To schedule and confirm your appointment, to contact you about it, and to identify you correctly within the clinic's records so that your care is written to the right file and you do not end up with a duplicate or mixed-up medical record. We do not use this information for any purpose that is incompatible with those.

Our legal basis

We process this information in order to provide the appointment you asked us for, and in the clinic's legitimate interest in identifying its patients accurately and preventing duplicate or mismatched medical records. Where Saudi law requires your explicit consent for a particular use of health data — for example using your records with artificial-intelligence tools — we ask for that consent separately and specifically, and your care never depends on whether you give it.

Who we share it with

Your information is available to the clinic's authorised staff who need it to care for you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. Some services the clinic relies on to operate — for example the messaging service that delivers your appointment confirmation — handle your contact details on the clinic's behalf and under its instructions. Where the clinic has to disclose information to a health insurer or a government health authority to process a claim or meet a legal obligation, it discloses only what that purpose requires.

How long we keep it

The clinic keeps your medical record for as long as it needs it for your care and for as long as Saudi health record-keeping requirements oblige it to. Your booking and appointment history is kept as part of that record. Information that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for is destroyed.

How we protect it

Your information is sent to us over an encrypted connection and held on protected, access-controlled servers. Access is limited to the clinic's authorised staff, each member of staff sees only what their role allows, and access to a patient record is logged.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected and used, to access it, to obtain a copy of it in a readable format, to request that it be corrected, completed or updated, and to request that it be destroyed once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how the clinic has handled your personal data, you can raise it with the clinic first. You may also refer the matter to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority for personal data protection in the Kingdom.
